Ancora is a small company and management always strive to make everyone feel loved and part of the family. Management has always been helpful, supportive, and understanding of the needs of the lab. Learned that hard work by a small group of dedicated people can make a big difference in a company's bottom-line. At about 9:00 am, hold a short staff meeting to hear any concerns the staff may have and to go over everyone's duty for the day.ĭuring hard times for my company, we worked smart and extra hours to help maintain cash flow.
